Truly a New Beginning

January 2020. I want to consider this year a new beginning. So much has happened in the last few months for me and it’s as if a whole chapter in the story of my life has been completely closed. As far as I'm concerned, nothing will be the same as last decade because even the things that remain the same in my life are influenced by a different me. And therefore they will change.

I feel strange, but in a positive way. Everything I believe has shaped me deeply and given me a different type of clarity. I know I have a different strength, a different courage and an even deeper awareness. I know clearly that I want to contribute with even more passion and enthusiasm to the way we are deepening our understanding of ourselves and our lives. Because there really is a universe within our reach now. We are changing at a speed that many feel is stressful and destabilising, but in reality it is amazing. However, in order to appreciate what is going on we have to understand it.

This year this blog space will become a space to share with you what I have learned. My intention is to offer you reflections to deepen your scientific and spiritual awareness. I don't want to teach or be perceived as more knowledgeable. I have simply connected many dots and this understanding has changed my life; I hope it will do the same for you.

I would love these blogs to become a space of dialogue as well as sharing.

But let's start with something that was a bit like the big bang for me: the understanding of the four energy levels that influence our reality as human beings.

I assume that you are now familiar with the energetic nature of the universe and everything in it, but, if not, I simply suggest you explore the basics of quantum physics, which for a century has explained to us that matter is only a form of energy with a slower frequency of vibration than liquids, air or gas.

Our physical appearance is nothing but slowed energy; our bodies are solidified energy; our thoughts and emotions are energy; our spirit or awareness is a form of energy that has a very high vibrating frequency. The vibration of our spirit is so much faster than that of our body, to the point that we cannot perceive it with our five physical senses.

Our body and its attributes are a slowed and stiffened energy and, as such, they offer protection to our spirit on Earth where we experience life in a dimension defined as the third dimension. But our true nature is not physical; it is spiritual. We are not bodies with a soul, but souls with a body.

Awareness of this changes EVERYTHING. The physical body is a vehicle that the spirit uses to travel on planet Earth, a costume that the spirit wears to engage in its terrestrial role. It is as if the body is actually the avatar of our spirit.

Why does this awareness change everything? Because it restores a correct order in the confusion we have created. We are not mortal. The spirit is eternal and dressed in a body to experience life in the physical form. But we are not our body. And death is not the end of anything; instead, it is like hanging a costume in the dressing room before returning home after the play.

The body in its magnificence is, however, a precious costume, a true work of art that we are not capable of honouring enough. We all take this for granted, even if we don't punish it with incorrect nutrition, negative thoughts, debilitating emotions and habits. Because the body undergoes all this. It suffers from the energy produced by our thoughts and emotions and when we have punished it with worries and fears for years it begins to be “torn down" through diseases and accidents.

The mental and emotional energy we produce every day has a direct effect on our health and on the harmony of the environment in which we live. We are never isolated from anything; we contribute to and are influenced by the energy everything produces. Everything in the universe is energy and everything is perfectly and inextricably connected. We are small and apparently insignificant, but we have a concrete and inevitable responsibility for the health and well-being of everything around us.

We are not the victims of our diseases; instead, we create them unconsciously by ignoring the energetic power that we possess and that we use in a predominantly negative way. It is as if our body is a wonderful, bright red Ferrari in the hands of a child completely unaware of what it means to drive...

If these initial thoughts have intrigued you, please keep following me, because your driving course has just begun...

Next month I will explain better what your well-being means and how your thoughts and emotions cause you to break its perfect balance.

Dear Ana, it is. It really changes completely the perspective you look at life from. From the Soul perspective, this physical life is just a fragment of experience. It is like playing a role in a piece. Along your Soul endless life, you keep playing many roles, learning, growing and evolving. With this understanding fear, pain and death loose any grip on you.

What an enlightening thought. "We are a soul with a body" is a very powerful statement which I had not thought of, you are right. Thank you Annalisa!!!!

Annalisa- thank you so much for this wonderful post. What struck me the most is the following sentence: "We are not the victims of our diseases, instead we create them unconsciously." I am looking forward to reading your next post!
